What is a direct cremation?

A direct cremation (also called an unattended or simple cremation) is a straightforward process where the cremation takes place without a funeral service or ceremony. This option respects your wishes and provides a cost-effective way to say goodbye, using local crematoriums close to Plymouth, Plymstock, Plympton, and Saltash.

What our customers say

Smeatons Tower lighthouse on Plymouth Hoe
5 stars

“This business very recently handled the funeral of my wonderful Uncle - and it couldn't have been better organised. They really put my Aunt at ease, supported her and her wishes and delivered on those. The whole service ran smoothly and as my Aunt requested. It could not have been a better tribute and final care for my Uncle. All involved were friendly and reassuring. Would 1000% recommend this business and all involved.
